1. Purpose
Rulezz is a digital assistant for card and board games. It may provide rules, game assistants, scores, variants, favourites, histories, statistics, rankings, voice/photo functions, synchronisation, Rulezz Connect and Rulezz+ features.
2. Access
Some features are available without an account; others require an account or Rulezz+. Users must provide accurate information and protect their credentials.
3. Permitted use
Rulezz is for lawful personal use. Circumventing access controls, disrupting the service, abusive automation, unauthorised data access or mass extraction is prohibited.
4. Game information
Rulezz provides practical assistance. Editions, languages and variants may differ. Where an official source is provided, that source remains the primary reference in case of conflict.
5. Intellectual property
Third-party game names, brands, logos and artwork remain the property of their owners. Rulezz is not affiliated with game publishers unless expressly stated. Rulezz software, original text, interfaces and proprietary features are protected.
6. Game data
Some data may be stored locally. Rulezz+ may provide cloud synchronisation. Users remain responsible for checking scores and information entered during play.
7. Rulezz Connect
Rulezz Connect may temporarily share read-only game information with spectators. The host is responsible for sharing the link or QR code. Temporary rooms may expire automatically.
8. Availability and changes
The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or incidents. Features may evolve, subject to mandatory consumer rights for paid services.
9. Liability
Editions64K uses reasonable efforts to operate Rulezz reliably. Subject to mandatory law, it is not responsible for temporary outages, loss of locally stored data, user input errors or misuse of the service.
10. Account measures
Fraud, intrusion attempts, abuse or serious violations may lead to proportionate measures including suspension.
11. Privacy and cookies
See the Privacy Policy and Cookie and consent settings.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may evolve to reflect the service, security or applicable law. The published version is dated.
13. Governing law
French law applies without depriving consumers in other countries of mandatory protections available to them.
